Each one of our pieces are hand crafted to your specifications when the order is placed.  As these are custom orders, they are non refundable. 

We offer a 5 day cancellation period before we submit the order into production.

Our rugs are meticulously woven/tufted by hand, the variance in finished size can be slightly different from the exact size ordered.  This is a normal occurrence for all hand crafted rugs.

Example: 6’ x 8’ could be 5’11” x 8’
